Even for children?Yes, GymGamEnt promotes good health by incorporating motor and fitness exercises such as squats, sit-ups, and other simple movements that can be performed by able-bodied individuals. These activities help maintain physical fitness and can be safely practiced by children, as they encourage motor development in a fun and secure way. However, GymGamEnt is not a substitute for a professional coach. Even though the exercises are supervised by renowned and experienced athletes, it’s important to always practice with care and moderation. Playing GymGamEnt for 10 consecutive hours would be like doing physical exercise for 10 hours straight. While this may not immediately cause physical issues, it would certainly lead to excessive fatigue, which is not recommended for anyone who isn't a professional athlete. Using common sense and being aware of personal limits are key to reaping the benefits without risking physical strain.

Is GymGamEnt free?Yes, GymGamEnt is completely free to use. However, if GymGamEnt is utilized by institutions such as schools, after-school programs, sports associations, or nonprofit organizations, a specific authorization is required to manage the infrastructure capable of supporting a larger number of players. While the service remains free, this authorization ensures proper management and access for these organizations.

Is it recorded anywhere when a person performs the exercises?No, even though the webcam frames the player to insert them into the game level and recognize their movements, the images are never recorded. Privacy protection is one of the key priorities of GymGamEnt, for both children and adults.

What happens if I delete my profile?When you delete your profile, all account data—such as email and password—and all player profile data—including in-game nickname, avatar, weight, age, scores, time spent on gaming and exercise activities, and any other information related to your account—are permanently deleted. Once the account is deleted, its history cannot be restored, even if you create a new account with the same details.

What data is recorded?Three types of data are stored in the secure database: Data related to the account holder’s profile (the account owner, who in the case of minors is represented by a parent), such as: Email Password Player-related data linked to the individual, including: The nickname used during gameplay The chosen avatar Weight and age (used to accurately calculate calorie consumption during exercises) Player-related data linked to the gaming experience, including: The score achieved during a game session Personal records (highest score) Unlocked levels as the game progresses Total number of exercises completed and the amount of active time GymGamEnt is an innovative platform that is constantly evolving. In the future, additional data may be recorded, especially regarding gameplay activity. If further data collection becomes necessary, particularly in relation to the gaming experience, the terms and conditions and FAQs will be updated, and users will be notified accordingly for their acknowledgment.
